Knowledge Assist Integration

Champion Knowledge Assist allows Clients to augment the Champion Chatbot with documentation. This can be anything from "How-To's" to API documentation. Champion provides several different mechanisms for augmenting your chatbot with documentation including s3 bucket, website crawling (unauthenticated), Confluence or Sharepoint.

Integration Setup Options

S3 Integration

In order to setup this integration, you can provide, or Champion can provide an S3 bucket where documents can be uploaded.

Allowed file types

Champion supports a limited number of file formats. Here are the currently supported formats:

Website Crawling Integration

Websites can also be crawled to add additional information to Champion. Any website that is publicly available that contains key context for users is a valid source for Champion's web crawling.

Website Crawling Example Use-Cases:

  1. Crawl your own product website to train Champion on product lingo.
  2. Crawl a website that contains information that will improve the response:
    • Ex 1: A website with a coding language syntax
    • Ex 2: A government website usually used by customers

Monitoring and Observability

In order to get feedback on how well your Chatbot is working, feedback from users will be provided by accessing the Datadog AI Organization.
