1. Account Setup (in Champion Web Experience)

  • Navigate to app.champion.ai
  • Enter your business email address
  • Receive and enter 6-digit verification code

How to Choose Champions

In Champion Web Experience:

  1. Navigate to Agents section
  2. Browse available Champions
  3. Click "Setup" on desired Champion
  4. Configure required tools:
    • Database/API connections
    • Authentication credentials
    • Service endpoints
  5. Test configuration
  6. Click "Enable"

What Happens:

  • Champion becomes available to users
  • Appears in "My Champions" in the chatbot
  • Users can recruit and use the Champion

4. Using the Chatbot (in Host Application)

Once Champions are configured, your users can access the embedded chatbot.

7.1. Chatting

Basic Interaction:

  • Click Champion icon in your application
  • Type your question or request
  • Champion responds with relevant information

Managing Conversations:

  • Each thread represents a separate conversation topic
  • Click any thread to resume that conversation
  • Click "+ New Thread" to start fresh

  • Keep different topics organized
  • Resume conversations from days ago
  • Review previous queries and results
  • Share thread links with team members

  • Champion becomes your active assistant for this thread

When to Choose:

  • You know which Champion you need
  • Want specialized assistance for a specific workflow
  • Different thread = different Champion

How to Generate:

  1. Activate a Champion (e.g., Game Ready Champion)
  2. Champion welcome screen appears
  3. Click "Generate a briefing" button
  4. Champion analyzes data (10-30 seconds)
  5. Comprehensive summary appears

7.5. User Linking (Champion Authentication)

What is User Linking: Connecting your Champion account to your host application account so Champions can make API requests on your behalf.

When It's Required:

  • Champions need to access your ERP/application data
  • Champions need to create or update records
  • Champions need user-specific permissions

First-Time Linking Flow:

Step 1: You ask Champion to do something requiring ERP access
"Create a purchase order for supplier ABC-123"

Step 2: Champion detects no linked account
"To create purchase orders, I need access to your ERP system.
 Would you like to authorize me?"

Step 3: You click "Authorize"
-> Redirected to your company's login page

Step 4: Login (if not already authenticated)
-> Enter your ERP credentials

Step 5: Consent screen appears
